Lists the models that llm_local_install() can download by name, with
their kind ("chat" or "embedding"), size, license, language coverage,
and whether they are installed. Every entry is pinned to one file at one
commit of its Hugging Face repository and verified by its sha256 after
download. Models added with llm_local_model() appear as well once
installed.

Value
A tibble with columns name, kind, base (TRUE for a
pretrained model without instruction tuning), size_mb, license,
languages, installed, source (repository and commit), and note.
